Lauren Antonucci, MS, RD, CSSD, CDE, CDN
Lauren is the owner/director of Nutrition Energy and combines her experience as a Clinical Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator, Certified Sports Dietitian and athlete to lead the Nutrition Energy team. She provides comprehensive nutrition therapy and personalized nutrition planning for individuals. She also travels around New York and the country, leading nutrition clinics and lectures for a variety of small and large groups.

Jaime Hassenbein, RD, CDN
Jaime is a RD, CDN who joined Nutrition Energy in 2005. She combines her passion for health with her knowledge of food and nutrition in order to help others improve their quality of life and to achieve optimal health. While helping clients adapt to healthier eating habits, she also encourages them to make behavioral changes that will last a lifetime, Jaime also has extensive experience counseling clients for Weight Management (weight loss & weight gain), Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Eating Disorders, & Pre and Post Natal Nutrition including Gestational Diabetes.
